As a Paraprofessional, you’ll have the opportunity to work in classrooms that focus on life skills, autism-specific programs (STEPs), and behavior support. With several contract positions available, you’ll find your ideal fit across various age groups and educational settings.

You’ll become an integral part of the learning process, assisting teachers and students each day. Candidates who bring compassion, patience, and adaptability to the classroom will thrive. Interviews will be coordinated through our account manager, and successful candidates will be provided recommendations for placement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a Paraprofessional or in a directly related educational support role
• Familiarity with supporting K-12 students in classroom, behavior support, or life skills settings
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, fellow staff, and school leadership
• Strong communication skills, with a dedication to creating an inclusive and encouraging environment
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills for addressing unique classroom needs

Responsibilities:

• Support students with special needs or those requiring additional assistance within the classroom
• Implement behavior intervention plans and instructional strategies as directed by certified staff
• Foster an encouraging, safe, and productive classroom climate
• Assist with daily classroom operations, activities, and individualized student support
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
