Responsibilities include developing and implementing IEPs aligned with student goals. Provide differentiated instruction based on individual learning needs. Collect and document progress monitoring data. Collaborate with related service providers, paraprofessionals, administrators, and families. Maintain compliance with IDEA and district special education requirements. Foster a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom environment. Previous experience working with students with severe impairments highly preferred.
